Welcome to Paw Salvation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pawsalvation.com and related online services (the "Site") operated by Paw Salvation Inc. ("Paw Salvation," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

3. Donations

Donations made through the Site support Paw Salvation’s charitable programs, including pet food, supplies, veterinary-related assistance, and related mission activities, unless a specific campaign or restricted purpose is clearly stated.

• Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly at info@pawsalvation.com and we will review the request in good faith.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to payment transactions.
• Tax-deductibility depends on applicable law and your individual circumstances. We may provide donation acknowledgments; please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
• By donating, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that donation information you submit is accurate.

4. Volunteer Applications and Communications

If you apply to volunteer or contact us through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you about your inquiry, application, or related programs.

5. Programs and Content

Information on the Site about programs (including Project Ignite, Wings of Love, mobile vet initiatives, and similar efforts) is provided for general informational purposes. Program details, timelines, and availability may change. "Coming soon" or similar language does not create a binding obligation to launch a program by a specific date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and design—is owned by Paw Salvation or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paw Salvation and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you donated through the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paw Salvation and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
